European Conservation December 1969

European Conservation Year beings on January 1st 1970 and the sum of £1,000,000 is the target aimed at by The British National Appeal of the World Wildlife Fund. First to set this huge target in motion is Spike Milligan, who with the help of many well-known artists has made along playing record called “No One’s Gonna change our World”,. Today at the Strand Palace Hotel, Spike Millingan invited the press, to the press conference discussing the all-star record released by E.M.I. for the World Wildlife Fund. Trying to confuse the photographers, some of the stars present group around the Wildlife Fund symbol, the panda and young, (left to right) Cilla Black, Spike Milligan, Bruce Forsyth, George Martin, and Bee Gee Maurice Gibb, and Kenny Lynch.
